Our home care service believes in making home care a positive experience for anyone receiving care, adult or child. From our experienced and friendly staff to ensuring continuity of care is available whenever possible, we are here to help and support you. We recognise the uniqueness of each Service User and their circumstances, making sure we support our users as the individuals they are. Everyone involved in Care4me Home Care respects the dignity and independence of our Service Users.

Supported Living
We believe in supporting vulnerable adults and young people in living as safely and independently as possible. Our friendly and experienced staff have the expertise and training to help individuals with a range of complex needs.
As part of our Supported Living Service, we also assist our users with access to a range of opportunities. From day-time activities within the community to helping them develop their confidence and independence, we work with individuals and not just numbers. Working with individuals as well as their families, we ensure our supported living users are empowered and have the quality of life they deserve.
